Presidents Message:
It's truly an honor to serve as President of the SVG Outreach Organization Inc, and I'm privileged to work with all of you as we take significant strides to better the lives of the disadvantaged children and families of St. Vincent & the Grenadines . It's exciting to see how the grants we've made this year will positively impact the lives of the people in St. Vincent & the Grenadines .
But, unfortunately, there are still too many children who need our support and too many parents who must learn to break the generational cycle of poverty. They need our help.
Traveling throughout the island, I've met countless volunteers, donors and staff members who share similar goals: to improve the lives of poor people, and to break this horrific cycle of poverty for more and more people.
My heart breaks when I hear stories of people who are unable to get basic medical care in their village, parents lashing out at their innocent children, and teens roaming the streets, longing for a warm bed and a loving family.
But I continue to be encouraged as I witness the heartfelt dedication of the SVG Outreach Organization Inc. staff and supporters who are making a difference – they are rewriting the futures of these people.
